JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
·Sells broadband products including digital cable, high-speed data
and phone services to potential customers though door to door sales
campaigns to residential customers utilizing in home
presentations.
·Schedules installation of services: collects and accounts for
payments owed on delinquent accounts.
·Collects and returns equipment when necessary.
·Occasionally performs subscriber audits of illegal hookups for
the purpose of obtaining leads.
·Performs at a level to acquire the maximum number of subscribers
within area served to achieve penetration objective and established
goals.
·Demonstrates and ensures compliance with the customer 1st
philosophy.
·Responsible for meeting departmental standards pertaining to
quantity of work performed on an ongoing basis. Responsible for
performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance
with all Insight Communications procedures.
·Performs such other duties, as the supervisor may from time to
time deem necessary.
